OUR CLIENTS / BUSINESS

A clear first impression.
A plan that fits your business.

Glass is part of how your business presents itself. We plan the cleaning around the property, access and the people who need to keep using the space.

THE RIGHT SCOPE FOR YOUR PROPERTY

Window care without
an unclear brief.

A storefront, a busy office and a managed building each bring different priorities. We work through the glass, surrounding surfaces, access requirements and requested timing before agreeing the scope. Commercial work receives its own assessment—not a residential assumption.

Storefronts and customer-facing glass.

Discuss entrances, display windows, fingerprints and the areas that shape a visitor’s first impression. Define the interior and exterior surfaces you want maintained.

Offices and managed buildings.

Coordinate access with the person responsible for the property. Locked rooms, occupants, restricted areas and shared spaces should be understood in advance.

One visit or ongoing care.

Start with a one-time clean or discuss an individually scoped maintenance plan. Frequency should follow the building’s needs and the service agreement.
PLAN AROUND THE PROPERTY

Agree the logistics.
Then get on with the work.

Timing and disruption.

Tell us about opening hours, deliveries and busy periods. Requested time windows are reviewed against access, travel and crew availability—not promised automatically.

One clear site contact.

Identify who approves the scope, arranges entry and reviews completion. For several locations, each building’s access and work requirements need to be clear.

A scope you can compare.

We separate routine glass care from unusual access, restoration and construction residue. You can review what is included before authorizing the work.

Real work. A clear maintenance brief.

Water-fed pole cleaning large windows on a brick building

From our work archive: water-fed pole cleaning on a brick building. No client identity or location is implied.

This work-in-progress photograph shows water-fed cleaning on a large window bank. For your site, we agree the glass faces, access, contact person and timing. For example, an entrance may need a different cadence from upper-floor glass; that is a planning example, not a one-size-fits-all service package. Recurring scope and frequency are agreed separately.

SEE THE STANDARD

Know the process.
Look at the proof.

You should be able to understand the work before deciding. Our Process explains the sequence and the decisions that matter for the windows.
Our Proof brings together original work photographs and comparisons. We share only the project details we are permitted to show.
QUESTIONS WORTH ASKING

Before we arrange the visit.

Can we arrange recurring cleaning?

Yes, we can discuss a recurring scope and schedule for your property. Frequency, access and terms are agreed separately. An inquiry does not create or replace a recurring contract.

Can you work before opening or after closing?

Tell us your preferred window. We review it with route, access and crew capacity before confirming a visit. The website does not promise automatic out-of-hours availability.

Do you service multiple locations?

Share the towns and property types. Each location needs an access and scope review so a practical plan can be considered.

Can I use the residential calculator for my business?

It is not a commercial quote. Business properties require separately reviewed scope, access and service requirements.
