From a single-family home to a high-end condo, a good visit starts with understanding how your windows open, what surrounds them and how you use the rooms. You should not have to choose between a thorough clean and care for your home.
Glass, inside and out.
Review the glass faces, opening types and access together. Large panes, divided glass and unusual windows get the scope they need.
The details you notice up close.
Accessible frames, sashes, sills and tracks belong in the conversation. Screen detailing is included in the signature service unless you choose to omit it.
Protection, where appropriate.
Compatible glass protection is part of the signature detail. Existing treatments and manufacturer guidance determine where it can be applied.

For your home.
We discuss interior access, pets, delicate furnishings, landscaping and the openings that matter most to you. Tell us about a visit, event or seasonal goal so timing can be reviewed.
For your condo.
Building rules, concierge arrangements, lift access and permission to reach exterior glass can all affect the work. We agree accessible areas before promising a full exterior service.
For ongoing care.
If you want the windows maintained over time, we can discuss a cadence for your property. Recurring service is separately agreed, not an automatic subscription.
A full detail, or a maintenance visit?

The signature detail considers the whole opening: suitable screens, tracks, sills, surrounds and glass, with compatible protection. A maintenance visit can focus on the surfaces you want kept clear between more detailed visits. We agree the inclusions each time; a recurring schedule does not mean every treatment is repeated automatically.

QUESTIONS WORTH ASKING
Before we arrange the visit.
Do I need to count every window first?
No. Start with your town and what you want cleaned. A count, access review or photographs may help us refine the scope later.
Do I have to be home?
We need an agreed way to access the areas included in your service. We’ll discuss that with you; do not send keys, alarm codes or sensitive access details through the inquiry form.
Can you clean the outside of my condo windows?
That depends on the building, permission and safe access. Tell us the floor and property type so we can review the exterior scope rather than assume it is reachable.
Will cleaning remove cloudy glass or scratches?
Not every mark is dirt. Failed insulated-glass seals, scratches and permanent staining may remain after cleaning. We explain what appears to be a cleaning issue and what needs separate assessment.
