Complete Window Care adds inside glass, screen washing, and a routine wipe and rinse of accessible window surfaces. Pristine & Protect adds a deeper scrub and detail, plus compatible vinyl and glass protection.
Every package finishes with a check of the work included. Screen washing and interior detailing begin with Complete; the deeper scrub and protective treatments belong to Pristine & Protect.
Begin outside. With everything checked.
Screens out. Washed, detailed and set to dry.
Close, lock and check before washing outside.
Wash the exterior glass. Rinse accessible surfaces.
With the windows secured, we clean the exterior glass and rinse accessible exterior sills and sashes. We check seals, drainage and condition before introducing water.
Complete: accessible frames and surrounding window surfaces receive a routine wipe and rinse.
Pristine & Protect: we give suitable accessible exterior surfaces a deeper scrub and detail to loosen accumulated grime. Shutters are cleaned where included in the agreed scope and suitable for their finish.

Tracks, sills and top rail: choose your depth.
Complete — wipe & rinse: we wipe and rinse accessible tracks, sills and top rails to remove routine dirt.
Pristine & Protect — scrub & detail: we spend additional time loosening accumulated buildup with suitable cleaning products, brushes and careful agitation, then wipe and rinse away the loosened grime. Accessible corners and crevices receive closer attention.
Finish the edges. Detail the stubborn areas.
Complete: accessible sash edges and frames receive a routine wipe and rinse.
Pristine & Protect: we scrub and detail suitable accessible edges, corners and surrounding surfaces, working carefully on remaining accumulated grime. We assess stubborn marks and explain what can safely improve.
Heavy mineral staining, paint and construction residue need a separate assessment. Scratches, etching, damaged finishes and failed seals cannot be corrected by cleaning.
Vinyl protected. Glass carefully cleaned.
Apply protectant to compatible vinyl.
Return the sashes and finish the glass.
We return any removed or tilted sashes to their proper working position and finish the interior glass. Exterior areas are touched up where needed.
Pristine & Protect: before coating, each agreed glass face is checked and left clean, dry and free of residue, including any stray vinyl protectant.
Reassembled. Coated. Carefully checked.
Return the clean, dry screens.
Apply the final Invisible Shield PRO 15 coats.

Our Signature Window Detail is designed to bring suitable windows closer to their best clean condition. Scratches, failed seals, etched glass and damaged finishes require repair or replacement. Heavy mineral staining, paint and construction residue are assessed separately so we can recommend the right treatment.
