1. Our agreement with you
These Terms of Service describe services provided by Simply Spotless LLC (“Simply Spotless,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and use of simplyspotlessllc.com and muse.simplyspotlessllc.com. “You” means the customer who accepts a service agreement or the person using the website, as applicable.
For a service booking, these terms form part of the agreement only when we make them available before acceptance and your accepted quote or service agreement incorporates them. Acceptance may be recorded through a signature, an electronic approval, or another clear agreement to the identified terms. Merely visiting our website or requesting an estimate does not book a service or authorize a charge.
You must be at least 18 and authorized to arrange the work and grant access to the property. If acting for a business, property owner, or association, identify that customer and confirm your authority. A separately accepted written agreement and its specific job terms control over conflicting general terms here, subject to applicable law. Posting this page does not change an existing contract.
2. Estimates, quotes, scope, and changes
Online calculators, Jotform estimates, photographs, and preliminary discussions can help us estimate work. An initial estimate is subject to verification of counts, condition, access, and requested services. We will identify any necessary price or scope change and obtain your approval before performing additional work or charging more.
Unless a quote states otherwise, it is valid for 30 days from issue. After expiration, we may issue an updated quote for your acceptance. An accepted price is not automatically increased because those 30 days later pass.
Your accepted quote identifies the property, selected services, included areas, price, and any special requirements. Optional line items are included only when selected and accepted. Package descriptions apply to the package you purchase; an exterior-only service does not automatically include interior glass, screen washing, or track deep cleaning.
Extra services, added windows or areas, unusual buildup, special equipment, and changes requested on site require agreement on the added work and price. If we cannot agree, we may pause the affected work and discuss the remaining scope and any appropriate adjustment. We do not treat an inaccurate initial count as authorization for an undisclosed charge.
3. Cleaning methods and existing conditions
We select methods appropriate to the agreed work, site conditions, and reasonable safety requirements. Please tell us about films, coatings, specialty glass, manufacturer restrictions, loose screens, failing seals, water intrusion, damaged frames, or fragile surfaces before work begins.
Ordinary cleaning is not repair or restoration. Existing scratches, etching, oxidation, deteriorated finishes, failed insulated-glass seals, and embedded deposits may remain visible after cleaning. Hard-water treatment, paint or adhesive removal, scratch restoration, coatings, and post-construction work are included only when the accepted scope specifies them.
We will discuss material risks we identify before specialized treatment and may decline a method likely to damage a surface. These descriptions do not excuse damage caused by our negligence or breach of the agreement. Hazardous-material remediation, structural repair, and work requiring credentials or equipment beyond our authorized scope are not included unless separately and lawfully arranged.
4. Scheduling, weather, and access
A requested date becomes a booking when we confirm it. Arrival windows and estimated completion times account for the work and route, but weather, unsafe conditions, site access, or an earlier job can cause changes. We will communicate material delays and arrange a reasonable alternative.
We may pause or reschedule work affected by lightning, unsafe wind, ice, hazardous access, equipment problems, or other conditions that prevent safe performance. You may also contact us about a safety concern. If we cannot complete an agreed portion, we will discuss rescheduling or an appropriate credit or refund for that portion; we will not retain payment for unperformed services without a lawful, agreed basis.
A weather-related reschedule initiated by us does not create a customer cancellation fee. Rain after cleaning is addressed in Section 9.
5. Preparing the property
Please provide accurate access instructions and a reachable contact. Before the visit, secure pets, keep children and other people away from the work area, move fragile or valuable items from affected surfaces, and arrange access to the agreed windows and rooms. Tell us about alarms, parking restrictions, restricted areas, and known hazards. Provide water or electricity only where the accepted job arrangements call for it.
Do not send alarm codes or other sensitive access information through a public form. Arrange a suitable method directly with us. We handle property information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may stop work in an unsafe or inaccessible area. Moving heavy furniture, dismantling fixtures, repairing hardware, or handling hazardous material is not automatically part of a cleaning booking. A return-trip or lockout charge applies only if its amount or calculation and triggering circumstances were disclosed and accepted in advance and it is lawful.
6. Prices, invoices, deposits, and payment
Unless a different payment schedule is agreed for your job, our standard invoice term is Net 30: payment is due 30 calendar days after the invoice date. A specific accepted quote or service agreement may provide different terms. An invoice does not retroactively add a charge or payment obligation that was not agreed or otherwise lawfully due.
Any deposit, installment, minimum charge, or approved additional work must be identified before acceptance. This page does not impose a standard deposit percentage. An accepted offer that says payment is collected only after completion remains subject to that promise. Deposits are credited against the agreed price; refund and cancellation rights remain subject to Section 7 and applicable law.
We identify applicable taxes and approved charges. Available payment methods are shown on your quote, invoice, or payment link. Pay only through the methods we provide; do not send complete card or bank credentials by ordinary email or text.
Keeping a payment method on file does not by itself authorize an unapproved charge. Automatic or recurring charges require an appropriate separate authorization. These terms impose no new late-fee percentage, card surcharge, returned-payment fee, or collection fee. Any such charge must be lawful and separately disclosed and agreed where required.
Contact us promptly about a disputed invoice so we can investigate. Your statutory billing-dispute and payment-card rights remain intact. We may decline future bookings for a material unpaid, undisputed balance after notice, subject to any existing contract and applicable law.
7. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an appointment, using the phone or email below or your existing service conversation. Keep a copy of your request. We will acknowledge it; if you do not receive a response, please follow up so we can resolve scheduling promptly. An acknowledgment is not a condition of a cancellation that is already effective under applicable law.
A cancellation deadline, cancellation fee, lockout fee, or deposit deduction applies only if disclosed and accepted for that booking and permitted by law. This page does not introduce a flat fee or a 24- or 48-hour cancellation penalty. Outside a statutory cancellation right, you remain responsible for authorized work already performed and any lawful, specifically agreed charges.
We will return any prepaid amount that is refundable after accounting for lawful, agreed charges, within the period required by law or the applicable agreement. If we cancel work we will not perform, we will refund payment allocated to that unperformed work unless you choose to apply it to rescheduled service.
Statutory cancellation rights control. Some transactions, including certain sales agreed at a customer’s property, carry special cancellation periods and notice requirements. Where applicable, we provide the required contract disclosures and cancellation forms, respect the applicable waiting period before work, and honor the required refund rules. These terms do not waive those rights and do not replace transaction-specific notices. The rules can differ by location and the way the sale is made.
8. Recurring services and promotions
Recurring work requires an agreed plan identifying the service frequency, scope, pricing or pricing method, billing schedule, and any minimum term or renewal conditions. Requesting information about recurring work does not itself enroll you or authorize automatic payment.
Follow the cancellation or change process in your accepted plan. If no fixed term or notice period was agreed, contact us to stop future unperformed visits; there is no termination penalty created by this page. Authorized completed work and any valid booking-specific charges remain payable.
We communicate proposed changes to future pricing or service terms before they take effect and obtain acceptance where required. We do not retroactively reprice completed visits because you later stop recurring service unless a lawful, clearly disclosed discount condition was expressly accepted. Promotions apply according to the eligibility, scope, and conditions presented with the offer.
9. Service quality and touch-ups
We aim to deliver the agreed work with reasonable care and skill. Please inspect accessible areas when practical and contact us promptly if you notice missed work, spots, or another concern. Describe the issue and, if useful, provide photographs that avoid unrelated private information.
We will review the concern and arrange a reasonable response, which may include an inspection, touch-up, re-performance, or another remedy appropriate to the circumstances. Please allow a reasonable opportunity to inspect and address the issue when safe and practical. This request does not restrict necessary emergency action or legal remedies.
Consistent with our advertised rain touch-up promise, we provide a no-charge touch-up of affected windows if rain leaves noticeable streaks or spotting within a few days after our service. Contact us promptly so we can arrange it. Any more specific guarantee included with your accepted offer also applies.
These terms do not impose a short reporting deadline that automatically forfeits a claim, make a touch-up your exclusive legal remedy, or require you to remove an honest review to obtain assistance.
10. Damage, responsibility, and legal remedies
Tell us promptly about suspected service-related damage, provide available details, and preserve relevant photographs or records when reasonable. We will review the circumstances and cooperate in addressing responsibility. Take reasonable steps needed to prevent further damage or protect safety; do not delay urgent action while awaiting our reply.
We are not responsible for a condition solely because cleaning makes a pre-existing defect more visible. Responsibility depends on the cause, our agreement, and applicable law. We remain responsible to the extent required by law for loss caused by our negligence, breach, or other wrongful conduct.
Nothing here waives nonwaivable consumer rights, statutory warranties, or remedies; releases fraud, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence; or imposes a blanket release of property-damage claims. These general terms do not create a universal dollar cap on liability or require you to indemnify us for our own conduct. Any separately negotiated commercial risk allocation must be expressly agreed and lawful.
11. Photos, submissions, and reviews
You retain rights in photos, messages, and other materials you provide. You authorize us to use relevant materials as reasonably necessary to assess, perform, document, and administer your requested services, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Provide material only when you have permission to do so.
Providing an estimate photo or buying a service does not grant advertising permission. We obtain appropriate separate permission for promotional use of customer testimonials, photographs, or property images, including permission from relevant rights holders. Private recording requires its own advance discussion and appropriate permission; written documentation is an alternative. We do not require ownership of your review, prohibit honest reviews, or impose a fee for expressing an honest opinion about our services.
12. Communications and privacy
We may contact you about your inquiry, quote, schedule, service, or invoice using the contact details you provide. Tell us your preferred method or if your number changes. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and communication choices.
Agreeing to service terms does not itself consent to promotional texts, automated promotional calls, or optional tracking. Any future automated promotional messaging program requires its own disclosures and appropriate consent. For current texts, reply STOP or contact us to request that texts stop; our team handles manual-text requests. Message and data rates may apply.
13. Website use and third-party services
You may use our website to learn about services, make legitimate inquiries, and manage your own authorized relationship with us. Do not submit fraudulent requests, impersonate another person, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, misuse someone else’s information, or interfere with the website or its users.
Website text, designs, logos, and other materials belong to us or their respective owners. You may keep a copy of your quote, these terms, and related records for your own use. Other copying or commercial exploitation requires permission unless allowed by law. This does not restrict lawful quotation, fair use, accessibility tools, or honest reviews.
We work with services such as Jobber and Jotform for customer interactions. Their independently provided services may have additional terms and privacy notices. We remain responsible for our own service obligations. We cannot promise uninterrupted website or third-party availability; contact us by phone or email if a technical problem prevents you from making a request. We will correct material website errors when identified and confirm changes affecting a proposed booking before acceptance.
14. Questions, disputes, and applicable law
Please contact us with the job or invoice reference and a description of a concern so we can try to resolve it. Informal discussion is encouraged, but these terms do not create a mandatory internal procedure before you can use a court, regulator, or other available remedy, and do not shorten legal filing periods.
Massachusetts law governs work performed in Massachusetts, and Connecticut law governs work performed in Connecticut, to the extent permitted by law. This choice does not deprive a customer of mandatory protections that apply where the customer lives or services are performed. A court with lawful jurisdiction may hear a dispute. These terms do not require arbitration, waive a jury or class proceeding, or restrict access to small-claims court or a government agency.
15. Updates and separate provisions
We may revise these terms for future agreements and identify the revision date. Changes do not retroactively replace terms already accepted. Material changes to an ongoing agreement require appropriate notice and acceptance where required.
If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent consistent with the agreement’s purpose and applicable law. Not enforcing a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive it for the future. Neither an online edit nor an invoice alone changes a separately accepted job agreement.
16. Using the Muse service connector
The connector lets you ask Simply Spotless about a service, request an estimate, or authorize a booking. Provide information you are entitled to share and keep contact and service details accurate. Consent to save an inquiry lets Simply Spotless respond to that request; it does not subscribe you to marketing.
Muse uses AI to process the conversation and may pass your request to the Simply Spotless connector. The connector can provide service information, prepare or review an estimate, and support a booking. Before you approve a booking, review the displayed price, scope of work, service address, requested dates, and applicable terms. A request or estimate is not itself a confirmed appointment. A booking is confirmed only after the connector completes the booking process and verifies the result in Jobber; confirmation may remain pending until that check is complete.
An estimate is valid for 24 hours only when the connector states that period for the estimate. That stated period controls over any general 30-day quote-validity term for that estimate. No additional fee or change to the displayed scope will be added without your approval.
When you authorize a booking, the connector may create or match the necessary Jobber client and property records during the booking attempt, before a job and visit are verified. If confirmation does not complete, those records may remain for follow-up or service operations. Jobber is the record for a confirmed job and visit. The connector does not take payment or perform cancellations or rescheduling; contact Simply Spotless through the usual service channels for those requests.
Connecting an OAuth account grants the permissions shown during that connection for the stated connector functions. You may revoke that grant through the account or service that manages it; revocation stops future access through the grant but does not cancel a confirmed Jobber booking or delete records already created.
