Privacy Policy

How we handle your information

Effective date: September 29, 2026

Simply Spotless LLC (“Simply Spotless,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides cleaning services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information through simplyspotlessllc.com, quote and contact forms, service communications, and our website’s job application form.

This policy is a notice about our practices. Visiting our website, requesting a quote, or buying a service does not by itself constitute consent to promotional texts, optional tracking, or uses that require separate permission.

Requests made through Muse

Connector notice updated October 13, 2026.

If you use the Simply Spotless connector in Muse, your messages may include your name, email address, phone number, service address, service details, and requested dates. We use these details to respond to your request, prepare or review an estimate, and carry out a booking you authorize. Consent to save an inquiry lets us respond to that inquiry; it is not consent to marketing or a marketing-list signup.

Muse processes the conversation, including prompts and connector results, using its AI service under Muse’s own terms and privacy information. Our connector makes no separate AI-model API call. We use connector information for the requested service and necessary operations, support, and security. This connector-specific rule controls over any general advertising or analytics language elsewhere in this policy: we do not sell connector data, add connector inquiries to marketing lists, or use connector data for unrelated advertising, profiling, sensitive inferences, or model training. Email is used for inquiry follow-up, verification, booking, and operational notices.

For an inquiry, the connector stores the submitted lead and sends an inquiry alert to Simply Spotless. During a booking you authorize, the connector may create or match the necessary Jobber client and property records before the booking is completed. Jobber receives the relevant client, property, job, and visit details needed to manage the authorized booking. A booking can remain pending; it is confirmed only after the connector verifies the result in Jobber. If confirmation does not complete, records created during the attempt may remain for follow-up, support, security, or applicable record-retention obligations. The connector does not process payments, cancellations, or rescheduling.

Bluehost hosts the WordPress service; its verified primary data center is in Utah, United States. Simply Spotless staff and services are based in the United States, including Massachusetts and Connecticut. Google Workspace, Jobber, hosting, and email providers may process information in other locations described in their own privacy materials. Publicly listed possible locations do not establish that a provider or its staff accessed your information from each location.

Estimate records in connector storage are configured to expire after 24 hours; inquiry and booking-attempt records are configured for 90 days. Cleanup is bounded and may take time; these expiry settings do not promise immediate deletion or determine retention in Jobber, email, WordPress or Bridge logs, backups, or provider systems. Information needed for legal obligations, claims, fraud prevention, or security may be retained with access restricted as appropriate. Revoking an OAuth connection prevents future access through that grant; it does not delete information already held in those systems.

To request access to or deletion of information held by Simply Spotless, contact info@simplyspotlessllc.com. We may need to verify your identity and will handle requests under applicable law and relevant retention obligations. We handle requests for records under our control, including coordinating with service providers such as Jobber where necessary. Copies held independently by Muse are governed by its own privacy process. Deleting connector records does not automatically remove records in every provider system or backup.

1. Information we collect

The information involved depends on your interaction with us:

  • Contact information: name, email address, telephone number, mailing or service address, company name, and communication preferences.
  • Quote and service information: requested services, property details, scheduling preferences, instructions, service history, and information you include in messages. Property photos or access instructions you provide become part of the information we handle for your request.
  • Billing and transaction information: billing contacts, invoices, amounts, payment status, refunds, and related records. Third-party payment services handle the payment credentials you enter and may provide us with transaction references and limited payment details.
  • Communications and preferences: inquiries, emails, text messages, feedback, complaints, subscription choices, consent records, and opt-out requests.
  • Application information: contact details, address, résumé, cover letter, qualifications, work history, referral source, and other information you choose to provide.
  • Website and device information: IP address, browser and device characteristics, cookie or similar identifiers, pages visited, referring pages, approximate location derived from an IP address, and interaction information such as clicks and form activity.

Please provide only information relevant to your request. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, identity-document copies, or medical information through our general forms, ordinary email, or text. Contact us to arrange an appropriate method if sensitive information is necessary.

2. Sources and purposes

We receive information directly from you, automatically through the website, and from people or services involved in your request, such as an authorized property manager, referral contact, or payment provider. Provide another person’s information only when you are authorized to do so.

We use relevant information to:

  • Respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, schedule and perform services, and provide support.
  • Coordinate property access and service requirements with assigned personnel.
  • Send service updates, invoices, receipts, and payment reminders; process transactions; and maintain business records.
  • Evaluate job applications and communicate about recruitment.
  • Deliver marketing communications consistent with your choices and applicable consent requirements.
  • Understand website use, measure advertising, and support advertising described in Section 4.
  • Protect people, property, accounts, and systems; investigate misuse; resolve disputes; and meet legal obligations.

We will seek any additional permission required before using information for a materially different purpose. Providing information for a job application or service request does not itself authorize promotional messaging.

3. Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information as relevant to the purposes in this policy to employees and authorized contractors; hosting, IT, form, communications, scheduling, customer-management, and payment providers; advertising and analytics providers; and accountants, lawyers, insurers, or others involved in a legal obligation, claim, or legitimate protection of rights and safety. Information may also be disclosed at your direction or in a proposed or completed business transaction, subject to appropriate protections and applicable law.

We use Jobber for service management and client communications, Google Gmail for email, and AT&T for telephone/mobile service. Jobber uses underlying providers for functions such as hosting, communications, and payments. If you pay through Jobber Payments, its payment provider Stripe processes payment information. Not every feature or provider listed by Jobber necessarily processes your information.

See Jobber’s Privacy Policy and subprocessor list, Google’s Privacy Policy, and AT&T’s Privacy Center.

We do not sell or rent customer contact lists for money. Website advertising tools do disclose online identifiers and activity to advertising providers as explained below. Some laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” more broadly than payment for a customer list, so advertising disclosures can fall within those definitions. This policy does not override privacy commitments made when information was collected.

4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Our website uses cookies, pixels, scripts, and similar technologies. Some support forms, security, and website functions. Others measure visits, associate website activity with an inquiry, or support advertising.

  • Google: the site uses Google tags and Analytics, Google Ads, and AdSense advertising code. These services can receive device identifiers, IP addresses, page URLs, and interactions. Google and participating advertising vendors may use cookies to display or personalize ads based on visits to this and other websites and to measure performance.
  • Meta/Facebook: the Meta Pixel, deployed through PixelYourSite, can transmit visits and browser, device, and event information for advertising measurement and audience-related purposes. Depending on your settings and Meta’s practices, information may be associated with other information Meta holds about you.
  • Forms and visit history: WPForms User Journey can associate browsing and referral information with a form submission. PixelYourSite also supports visit and referral tracking.
  • Other resources: externally supplied fonts, account features, embedded content, and security resources can disclose technical information to the relevant provider when your browser contacts it.

Learn about Google’s use of partner-site information and Meta’s Privacy Policy.

Your choices: browser settings can block or delete cookies, although some features may stop working. You can manage Google ad personalization through Google My Ad Center, review participating advertising-company choices through YourAdChoices, and use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

These controls differ in scope, may depend on the browser or account, and do not necessarily stop all collection or advertising. Email unsubscribe choices do not change browser tracking preferences.

Current site controls: the website does not currently provide a site-wide cookie-preference panel. We have not verified site-wide automatic handling of Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals, so a signal alone should not be treated as assurance that all optional tools are blocked. Contact us to exercise applicable privacy rights or ask about available choices. Any legal duty to obtain consent or honor an opt-out applies regardless of this notice.

5. Email, calls, and manual text messages

We use your contact details to respond to requests and communicate about services. You may tell us your preferred contact method.

Email marketing: you may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact us below. We process marketing-email opt-outs within the period required by law and no later than 10 business days. Necessary nonmarketing emails about requested services, transactions, or legal matters may continue.

Texts and calls: we currently send texts manually. Providing a telephone number for an inquiry does not by itself authorize automated promotional calls or texts. If we introduce an automated promotional calling or texting program, we will provide its terms and obtain separate affirmative opt-in consent before enrollment, together with any additional disclosures or permissions required by law. Promotional messaging consent is not a condition of purchasing services.

To stop texts from us, reply STOP or contact us by phone or email. Our team handles requests to stop manual texts and honors other legally valid revocation requests. Message and data rates may apply; frequency depends on your interaction with us. Tell us if your number changes or is reassigned. Contact us for assistance or to arrange another way to receive service updates. Any future automated program will explain its supported opt-out and help methods.

6. Property information and job applications

Property information: we use information you supply to assess, perform, document, or address issues with your services. Access instructions should be shared only with personnel who need them and kept only while there is a continuing service or other legitimate need.

Booking a service or providing a photo for an estimate does not itself grant advertising permission. Before future use of an identifiable customer testimonial, photograph, or property image in our advertising, we will obtain appropriate permission. Contact us about withdrawing permission for future promotional use; material already distributed or independently published by others may not be fully retrievable.

Applicants: application information is used for recruitment, assessing qualifications, contacting applicants, and required employment-related records. Access is limited to people and providers involved in those purposes. An application is not consent to customer marketing. If a background check or other separately regulated collection is required, we provide the disclosures and obtain the authorizations required for that process. This policy does not replace those documents or a separate employee privacy notice.

7. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for its purpose and applicable legal, accounting, insurance, employment, security, or dispute-related requirements. Relevant factors include an active service relationship, sensitivity, legal recordkeeping requirements, and unresolved claims or requests.

Information should be deleted or de-identified when no longer needed. Limited suppression records may be retained to respect opt-outs. Protected backup copies may remain until the applicable backup cycle expires. A deletion request can be subject to lawful exceptions and may not immediately remove every backup copy.

We use safeguards designed to protect information, taking account of its sensitivity and the risks involved. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. This does not limit security or breach-notification duties imposed by law.

If you suspect unauthorized use or disclosure of information you provided, contact us promptly. Avoid including sensitive information in the initial report; we can arrange an appropriate follow-up method.

8. Privacy requests and legal rights

You may contact us to ask about information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or update communication preferences. Depending on your location and which laws apply to our activities, you may also have rights to access information, obtain a portable copy, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising, limit certain sensitive-data uses, or appeal a denied request.

Email info@simplyspotlessllc.com or call (413) 224-8455. “Privacy Request” in the subject line can help route an email but is not required. Describe your request and provide enough information to identify the relevant relationship. Do not send identity-document copies or passwords with an initial request.

When verification is required, we use a method proportionate to the information and risk and request additional information only as needed. We handle authorized-agent requests as required by law. We respond within applicable legal time limits, explain any legally permitted denial or extension, and provide an appeal method where required. You may also contact the appropriate privacy or consumer-protection authority.

We do not unlawfully discriminate for exercising a privacy right. Deleting information needed for an active service may affect our ability to provide it; we will explain the practical effect when relevant.

9. Children, international visitors, and other websites

Our customer-facing website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

We operate in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate, where protections may differ. Where a law governing international transfers applies to our processing, we use the safeguards it requires. Visiting the website does not itself waive privacy rights or provide consent to a restricted transfer.

Third-party websites, social platforms, and independently provided services have their own privacy practices. Review their notices before providing information. Our use of a provider does not remove our responsibilities under applicable law.

10. Policy changes and contact information

We may update this policy when practices or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy and effective date here and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required. A policy update does not itself authorize retroactive uses inconsistent with promises made when information was collected.
